After our wedding, 14 years ago today, we were starving and the only thing open at 1 am near tiny Palisade, CO was a Taco Bell. So we eagerly dined on tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. It was so much fun that having Taco Bell for dinner has become our anniversary tradition. We’ve elevated the experience over the years by pairing it with bubbles.
