Along the beautiful Jemez Mountain Trail National Scenic Byway, the small town of Jemez Springs, NM has some treasures, including the Los Ojos Bar. What was originally built as a mercantile in the late 19th Century, become the Los Ojos Bar in 1947. Throughout the years, the building has served as many different businesses, but still holds the distinction of possessing the second oldest continuously owned liquor license in New Mexico.
